Perry Newspapers, Inc.

Perry Newspapers, Inc., publishes the Taco Times on Wednesdays and the Perry News-Herald on Fridays, both offering county-wide coverage of:

  • governmental meetings,
  • school activities,
  • sports,
  • birth and wedding announcements,
  • Taylor County history,
  • and events of community concern.

The newspapers circulate to 5,000 households in the county, and boast healthy rack sales too. Out-of-county sales take these community newspapers to 35 states and international addresses as well.

The newspaper's offices are located at 123 S. Jefferson St. in the downtown district.
